  • Abstract
    In this paper, from knowledge structure, ability structure, psychological structure, and Performance Structure we build an assessment index system for innovative talents. Taking into account the relationship between the various evaluation factors, we use network analysis methods to determine the evaluation index weight, and adopt TOPSIS methods to build a measure model for innovative talents. The case study shows that this method can effectively evaluate the innovative talents, and provides a quantitative basis for analysis of innovative talents.
