Abstract :
Strategic networks profoundly influence the behavior and performance of enterprises, in which the relationships between enterprises and other organizations are constituted by embedded ness. The researchers have not agreed on the appropriate strength of ties that enterprises should form. There is little research on relational embedded ness in the collaboration between enterprises and NPOs. In this paper, relational embeddedness of different cooperative forms is analyzed in strategic networks of enterprises and NPOs. It is proposed to shape strong relational embeddedness with their members for the enterprises to choose collaborative forms. The enterprises are suggested to improve the extent of relational embeddedness by deepening current ties and gradually forming stronger connections.
