Abstract :
The public technology service platform is an important content in the technological innovation system, in accordance with the requests of system integration, allocation optimization and sharing, in order to integrate a wide range of innovative carriers and resources and provide public innovation services within the region. This paper, Hangzhou Platform of Apiculture Technology Innovation Service as an example, analyzed the functional orientation and service models of the public technology service platform in the regional innovation. The public technology service platform can gather the industrial innovation resources, accelerate the pace of technology transfer, enhance capacity of production and research, create conditions to break though key industrial technologies, and promote the commercial application of technological achievements. Therefore, we should consider the public technology service platform as the optimum propeller of regional innovation, and devote efforts to build the platform, thereby enhancing regional innovation capability and the competitiveness of China´s technological development.
