Abstract
This paper presents the technique that uses in 3D image from gray scale level data. The gray scale level data has come from light measurement and keep them by use the CCD or TM equipment. The step and method are grey scale level data converse to the light intensity data, and then compute the real light intensity from the photon number. Thereafter calculate energy value, brightness value and intensity value for build a surface data of 3D image, this technique is high effective technique, economize the budget and can apply work well. Especially can usage in the GIS and RS
