  • Abstract
    The paper offers a structure scheme of an automatic measuring device for the estimation of the width of the occupied frequency band in accordance with the nomenclature of the International Consulting Radio Committee (ICRC). In the scheme, two identical filters of lower or upper frequencies and two frequency converters are used. Feedback circuits provide the automatic determination of the bandwidth of a signal under investigation. Sources of errors related to the nature of the signal under investigation (to the radiation class), an electromagnetic situation and the hardware realization of the operating principle are determined.
