Abstract :
This paper identified organizational commitment as an outcome of transformational leadership through the moderating effect of leaders´ centrality in organizational influence network. Drawing upon previous literatures, three dimensions of organizational commitment are differentiated as to discuss the impact of transformational leadership on these different dimensions of organizational commitment. Implications for human resource management practices such as job mentoring and change management are discussed.
