Management Strategy to Ensure Gas Source Stable in the Vehicle CNG Filling Station-- Planning to Build Environment-Friendly Energy Fund

At present, there has a problem that the gas source in Vehicle CNG stations(VCS) supplied in short in the domestic vehicle market which has huge potential. This paper suggests Gas company proposed the organization, environment-friendly energy fund(EEF), that corporate money market funds to gather plenty of private capital to make or pay the smooth implementation of this economic strategy, thus ensuring the CNG industry chain on the middle and lower reaches of the coordinated development, at the same time, take and pay without discussion(TPWD) between upper and low in CNG industry chain can be practiced smoothly to provide adequate gas source for VCS.
