Abstract :
This paper introduces a new contact electrostatic potential sensor. The principle of resistance-capacitance voltage divider is adopted, and design in the way of integrated distributed capacitance. Adjust the proportion of resistance and capacitance, distributed capacitance is dispersed, so good performance on frequency characteristic is gotten; input impedance is augmented, partial voltage test method is adopted, so high-speed response characteristic is gotten. When the sensor is used the dynamic electrostatic potential can be tested real-time. The situation which the dynamic electrostatic potential can be tested real-time by non-contact instrument is changed. The high-voltage direct current characteristic and frequency characteristic are calibrated, and the result fits design requirement. This testing system is used to test the dynamic electrostatic potential of human body. Steady operation and rapid response are verified by the testing result. So the characteristic of the sensor fits design requirement.
