Abstract
In this paper we propose two UHF antenna concepts to be deployed on a CubeSat platform. Both antennas display logarithmic periodicity in their structure. The first antenna proposed is the conical log spiral antenna while the second is the log periodic crossed dipole antenna array. The design of these antennas as well as their deployment mechanisms are also discussed and presented.
