Abstract :
It is necessary for sustainable development of rural tourism to strengthen the community participation by virtue of home and abroad experience. Firstly, this paper reviews the application of property rights theory in tourism researches. And then, the existing problems in the course of community participation of rural tourism are analyzed, which includes the following four aspects: ambiguous property right subjects, obscure boundary, inaccurate value evaluation and imperfect administrative system. Based on property rights theory, four corresponding countermeasures are put forward in the end.
