A Study on Innovation of Research Team under University´s Regulation

Based on the foundation of game model between university and research team, the paper analyzed the innovation of research team under university´s regulation. Think that university strategies and research team strategies have correlative relationship, but university plays a very important role in game. the university´s support proportion will strongly influence the research team´s innovation and it´s strategies. And it is necessary to establish the communication and cooperation mechanism between university and research team, university must strengthen the service and regulation system of research team´s innovation.
