  • Abstract
In this article, we use the method of data envelopment analysis (DEA) to measure the national high-tech industrial technical innovation efficiency (TIE), using TOBIT model to analyze the influence factors of the national TIE and the eastern, central and western regions. In our country the level of TIE is low and that between regions is widely different. There is a significantly positive correlation between national high-tech industrial TIE and the level of regional industrialization, between that and the level of science and technology; There is a significantly positive correlation between innovation efficiency and innovation diffusion of the eastern and central region; In the western region invested funds of enterprise in S&T activities has a significantly positive effect on TIE.
