Abstract :
At present, there are so many large marine transport vessels. Their types are complex, and management Grade is uneven. Many potential safety problems occur which often lead to ship accidents in the ocean. The paper analyzes problems faced by the performance evaluation of ship safety management. On the basis of the theory of "man - machine - environment - Management" system, the meaning of ship safety management performance evaluation is proposed. The paper illustrates ship safety management evaluation index system. By using method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, it constructs an integrated evaluation model of ship safety management through the assessment of ship safety management performance Grade settings. The paper solves the quantitative assessment of ship safety management problems to an extent and provides a basis for scientific assessments for the safety of the ship.
