Research on Index System of Performance Evaluation for Public Technological Platforms in Zhejiang Province

A series of Public Technological Platforms (PTPs) has emerged in China over the recent years, and has been regarded as R&D alliance. Performance evaluation on PTPs is a necessary and beneficial process, which gives regular feedback to them, and provides guidance to their future work. Based on the mission and function of PTPs in Zhejiang Province, this paper established the index system of performance evaluation with the method of AHP. There are three criteria, namely innovation service, technological capability and managerial capability, and ten subcriteria and thirty-three alternatives in the index system.
