Abstract
Innovation is imperative for the survival and outstanding of Chinese state-owned enterprises under the circumstances of imperfect-market economy. By analyzing and studying the internal and external dynamics of technological innovation in Chinese state-owned enterprises, it reveals market mechanism could not stimulate them to innovate effectively, and the impetus of technological innovation is mainly from the internal innovation entrepreneurship and innovation culture. Moreover, it establishes a technological innovation framework with innovation entrepreneurship and innovation culture, which is an effective way for large and medium-sized Chinese state-owned enterprises to achieve innovations. Furthermore, it takes advantage of Baosteel as a case study for the analysis and validation of the work.
