  • Abstract
Researches on core employees´ loyalty on Tourism enterprises have been an increasing concern. To explore the two under-researched antecedent conditions ---the dimension and intensity of loyalty, this study, based on the one-shot games theory and infinitely repeated games one, analyzes the process for the performance of psychological contract between the core employees and tourism enterprise. It is found that there are driving force and initiative for both sides to achieve mutual loyalty in the long run. Limitations and directions for future research are presented.
