            Abstract : 
An integrated planar mixer has been designed by using the home-made beam lead mixer diode. It is indicated by measurements that in the frequency range from 31 to 37 GHz, the frequency conversion loss of the mixer is 8.6±1.4 dB and the local oscillation radio frequency isolation is greater than 19 dB
