Abstract :
Electromagnetic interference passes through different mediums and different borders to receivers in the form of electric field, magnetic field or electromagnetic field. Therefore, in order to compute interference surplus, especially the results of electric field, it is necessary to use specific border conditions. That is to say, using the given border conditions and natural border conditions can decide the constants in general outcomes of differential equations, then turning them into usable specific results. In the paper, rules of border conditions of vector fields can be induced through using the integrals of vector fields along a closed curve and closed curving surfaces
