Abstract
This paper presents network control of multiple mobile platforms by taking advantage of different classes of feedback responses such as acknowledgments, channel information, and signals from platforms. Messages with strict delay constraints use redundant paths to ensure meeting a deadline for reliable communications. Furthermore, data transforms on different paths provide the fault tolerance while allowing a better chance of successful data decoding than if identical copies were transmitted on different paths. Results of simulation experiments are presented to validate the theory.
