Abstract :
We propose a simplified minimum mean-square error channel prediction of time-varying wideband channels in this paper. Channel prediction is very useful for adaptive modulation, if the delayed channel state information feedback is considered. We summarize MMSE prediction which makes full use of the time- and frequency-domain, and present a more simply algorithm than traditional MMSE prediction in this paper. Furthermore, we apply an adaptive filter algorithm into channel prediction without any channel statistic information
