Abstract :
This paper presents a non-destructive technique for characterizing the dielectric sheets. An open-ended coaxial line is used as an electromagnetic sensor for this purpose. The procedure is validated by experimental results at microwave frequencies for a couple of solid as well as liquid samples. Limitations of the technique are also discussed.<>
