Abstract :
This paper takes a critical review of literature relevant to the expatriate selection. After a more precise definition of expatriate success, we analysis the three main sections of selection criteria and compile a comparison table, for the purpose of achieving a systematic overview. Furthermore, we establish the criteria measurements and discuss implications for both academicians and practitioners in international management.
