Empirical Study on Assessment of Competitiveness of Technical Standards

Based on Technology - Market - Regulation Model, we proposed the index system for appraising the competitiveness of technology standard. Furthermore, we use analytic hierarchy process method (AHP) to make the scientific & reasonable quantification analysis of the indicators of the technical standard competition which are quite difficult to be quantified. Finally, By using technical standard 3G as study object, we make an in-depth empirical research on the proposed appraisal index system of the competitiveness of technology standard.
