Abstract :
With consideration of Chinese traditional culture and social context and by conducting a research on the life cycle theories, this paper first finds the turning points in Chinese employee career which is validated by the statistical analysis based on the career development theories. Besides the two conclusions, this paper also analyzes how the education system affects the employee´s career development. With these achievements, this paper builds a development model of Chinese employee career and divides their career into four stages: establishing stage, developing stage, crisis stage and maintaining stage, characteristics of which are respectively discussed. An empirical research is then conducted to prove that the division of the Chinese employee career is reasonable.
