Abstract :
A multi-range instrument is described that measures-usually within 0.1%-voltages (100 V to 20 kV), currents (1 A to 1000 A), and powers (P.F.´s from 0.001 to 0.75) from 25 kHz to 500 kHz. Several novel zero power factor calibration techniques are proposed. Theory is confirmed by experimental results. Traceability is established.<>
