Abstract :
A Josephson voltage standard is described which exactly meets industrial needs and is cost minimized. A new frequency measurement strategy and a new layout of the Josephson tunnel junction monolithic are introduced. Commercial instrumentation is replaced by monolithic components. Semiconductor and superconductor monolithics are hybrid integrated in multichip technology.<>
