Abstract :
The service innovation system of the logistics industry cluster is an open complex system composed by the elements and resources. The evaluation of business services innovation capability within the logistics industry cluster is an important aspect of the innovation system. The way of logarithmic least squares is used to calculate the judgment matrix in AHP theory, so the decision vector is decided efficiently. Using a medium-sized logistics industry cluster project as an example, the application of this method to select and evaluate partner in Matlab environment is studied. The ability to innovate will be evaluated through scientific and quantitative methods in the logistics industry cluster, a theoretical basis will be provided to search for ways to improve the innovative capability, so as to promote the healthy development of Chinese logistics industry cluster.
