Abstract :
This essay discusses in detail the instance of micro-PVC exposed in gravitational field-flow fractionation. Based on this situation, the changing regulation of balance velocity and retention ratio with velocity of the fluid has simulated. Micro-PVC has been separated by gravitational field-flow fractionation. By comparing the result of experimentation to that of simulation, deficiencies on the theory of gravitational field-flow fractionation have been pointed out. It has been discussed that the causes bring the error. The foundation of application and theory of gravitational field-flow fractionation have been offered.
