Abstract :
This paper expounds the basic content of Interrelated Tree Method, and builds the Interrelated Tree model of EPC project risk management; On this basis, the paper makes a risk list with the combining methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis and through the prediction and identification of the risk in the EPC project´s whole process, and sets up risk assessment index system of all stages of the EPC project; By using Interrelated Tree Method, this paper analyzes and evaluates the risk in the EPC project´s whole process; and this paper explores effective methods and approaches for EPC project risk management.
