Abstract :
The objectives of the elevator group control system are to efficiently operate a limited number of elevator cars and to assign an appropriate elevator car to an issued hall-call in order to provide users with high-quality service. What users expect from elevator operation is reduction of service time composed of waiting time and traveling time.
