Abstract

Learners raise various queries in studying in computer education by using personal computer out-of-lesson time. In the case, they try to find answers by various methods, such as asking a teacher, investigating reference books and built-in-help systems. However if it is uneasy to find appropriate answers by their methods because of some reasons, students tend to leave the problems unsolved. In this work, we developed a query support system that is efficient for learners who are studying after lessons. This system can serve for students to enhance their abilities to deal with problems by themselves and can serve for teachers to offer important information to help improve class.
