Abstract :
A group of standard cell can be calibrated simultaneously and safely by the JJAVS via a Hg-Zn cell based dc voltage reference in three minutes. The total uncertainty of 8/spl times/10/sup -9/ and 5/spl times/10/sup -9/ are achieved at 1.018 V and 10 V level for Zener reference.<>
