Abstract :
This paper studies evaluation indices and selection methods by summarizing previous articles about supplier selection firstly, selects quality, price and delivery as evaluation indicators, and analyzes their priorities according to different characteristics of each stage of product life cycle (that is introduction, growth, maturity and decline). The paper proposes a model of multi-objective programming in different periods to resolve problem of supplier quantity and procurement allocation. Finally, an example is given to study feasibility and sensitivity of the model.
