After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The sustainable development of industrial clusters relies on innovation capability, which eventually lies in the continuous upgrading of products of industrial clusters. Starting from the relationship between knowledge network and innovation, the paper establishes the principles for the innovation of products basing on value-creating knowledge network, and constructs the value-creating knowledge network for product innovation of industrial clusters and the process model for the realization of modularized product innovation of new and hi-tech industrial clusters through knowledge network.
