Abstract :
In order to provide a high-throughput, large-scale genotyping facility at the national level we have developed a set of interdependent information systems. A combination of commercial, publicly-available and in-house developed tools links a series of data repositories based both on flat files and relational databases providing an almost complete semiautomated pipeline
