A Novel Multi-Forms Multiple Choice Editor Exam Tool Based on HTML Website

This paper presents a novel software package tool creates multi-forms multiple-choice and true/false exams as well as the correspondence answer keys for each form automatically. The multiform exam can be created randomly from question database or manually with shuffled answers for each question. In order the proposed package to be widely used; various facilities are inserted: The tool is built based on Website and HTML interface to interact maximum number of users, the main components of multimedia: pictures, icons, figures and tables as well as text are also included in this tool. Two different languages English and Arabic are inserted to be used on the same time with ability to add other languages in the future. The tool is modified and designed under desertion of experts´ instructors and teachers in universities and schools. Various evaluations and questioners showed the validity of the proposed package to be used successfully from instructors and teachers
