            Abstract :
The control section of power electronics equipment interacts with the power section though pulse width modulation (PWM) on the output and through A/D converter(s) on the input side. The most important presently used sampling and PWM methods are presented in the paper. The influence of different sampling and PWM methods on quality of control and on the power losses is analyzed
