Research on Supplier Selection with Data Envelopment Analysis under Supply Chain Management

There is now considerable concern for foodservice industry about the problem of supplier selection in the background of supply chain management. A supplier selection index system based on chain catering industry was developed, and the relevance between indexes were reduced through factor analysis. Suppliers can be analyzed with the decision making model. Further more, to achieve the dynamic selection of supplier, life cycle of enterprise development was introduced, which make contribution to the integration of supply chain. Finally, the method of supplier dynamic selection was tested and verified by a numerical example.The result showed this supplier selection method was applicable to chain catering industry.
