Abstract :
To raise the awareness and technical ability of design engineers, Rolls-Royce and Associates (RRA) has started an in-house teaching programme to propagate the considerable experience existing within the Company. The lecture programme is based on this experience and the knowledge of senior engineers within the Company and is called the Masterclass. The author looks at the various technical needs of groups within the Company and the subsequent derivation of the EMC syllabus, to meet those needs
