Abstract :
The implementation of internal broadband antennas for lower UHF-band cellular systems (including low-band LTE) in mobile terminals is studied. Especially, the limits for the minimum size of capacitive coupling element-based antenna structures inside different-sized handsets are evaluated and compared. The paper also increases general understanding of antennas based on the radiation of the finite ground plane.
