Abstract
This technical discusses three topics of prime importance to all facilities. The first topic is that of performing short-circuit studies and calculations on power systems. The second topic of importance is the coordination study and development of protective device settings. The third topic is that of performing harmonic studies. A brief review of a power system is included to point out the importance of these three studies.
