Abstract :
This paper proposes a methodology for analysis of the signal reception probability in a 1.9GHz Femtocell. The environment used during the simulation was an indoor environment layout representing a building with and without interference. The propagation loss was computed using an adapted Padé Approximant model. In this new arrangement were included in model the number of obstacles intersected by the signal, as well as the loss due to each kind of obstacle. Results from 2.4 GHz frequency was used to evaluate the simulation.
