Abstract
Globalization induces some Multinational Companies (MNCs) exploit lax environmental regulations in the host countries. The cluster analysis of 30 enterprises in Shanghai shows the fact that some electronic MNCs neglect their environmental responsibility in China while they have better performance in their own countries. Based on the discussion of reasoning, some corresponding suggestions are put forward.
