Abstract :
Development of new soft and hard magnetic materials is one of main factors of the development of todays electric machines. Magnetic materials of more and more applications in electric machines and other electromagnetic transducers are magnetic materials in the form of powder used in elements produced by different methods. Particularly bonding magnetic powder with plastic has many advantages due to simpler than sintering method technology. Dielectromagnets type of permanent magnets are made by bonding hard magnetic powders with resin and dielectromagnetics soft magnetic elements are made by bonding soft magnetic powders with resin. One of basic advantages of this technology is ability to shape their physical properties to expectations designers of electric machines. Additional strength of this technology is ability to produce magnetic elements of complex shape and high dimensional precision, without any additional machining. The paper presents selected methods for technical shaping of properties of magnetic circuits for electric machines, and examples of industrial applications for powder magnetic materials in electric devices manufactured by Mikroma S.A
