A New Model of China´s Urban Construction---Exploration of Low Carbon City

Abstract-In this paper, from low-carbon economy to know the main aspects of low-carbon economy, and low carbon cities. Firstly, the low-carbon and eco-city unified construction of cities and the inherent necessity of departure to explore the study of China´s low-carbon cities in the overall model framework and main contents of urban construction (energy, construction, transportation, energy-saving emission reduction and CDM co-operation projects). Followed by, focused on the city´s evaluation system and the designation of CO₂-based unified city management of digital information platform (DCMIP). Finally, According to China´s construction of the building of low-carbon eco-city status of the overall description and the policy, to point out that a low-carbon eco-city should be the new way of China´s urban construction concept.
