  • Abstract
    We implement a tire code recognition system using image processing and neural networks. In order to construct an automatic tire sorting system, a DOT code is extracted into individual characters by image processing and then recognized through a neural network. The aim of this study is to construct the MCBP network which identifies individual characters of the tire code by image processing and to study experimentally the performance and recognition rate
