Abstract :
Synthetic and Integrated Analysis of Project Risk (SIAPR), based on the System Theory, is focused on the interrelationship of risk probabilities and the interaction effect of risk impacts, via the VERT method. In this paper four processes of SIAPR is provided, and then an application of SIAPR is described in detail, including the application planning, the methods and important achievements of each process. It is proved by way of practice that the SIAPR is powerful to uncover the secret of project risks, and is feasible to estimate the probabilities of project success and the impacts on the project aims.
