Abstract :
A new way for designing fuzzy-controllers is presented. The proposed method uses a kind of optimization which is well-known as dynamic programming developed by Bellman (1962). The numerical data is then given in a generalized form by a fuzzy-rule-table for later use in a real-time control task. As an example the technique is applied to control the speed of an elastic coupled two-mass system
