Abstract :
As power is applied more and more widely, the user on the efficiency of power supply, the volume, reliability,put forward higher request, using the traditional single-ended forward converter will be difficult to meet this requirement. Active clamp forward converter has many advantages. It allows wider input voltage range or higher turns ratio and offers higher efficiency and lower noise. lt is widely used rencently. This paper mainly introduces the active-clamp forward converter´s basic working principle and application.
