Abstract :
This paper is a contribution to a theory of phase array applicators to be used for microwave hyperthermia in cancer treatment. In more details this paper deals with a study and with an evaluation of homogeneity of SAR distribution in agar phantom for its changing radius. Discussed SAR distribution is in this case created by EM field exposure done by aid of four microwave stripline type TEM mode applicators of the same type.
